Side Table - Before

 This is a basic wood side table that my friend picked up from a garage sale. My friend has some red accents in her home, so she asked if I would give the table a little character with some red paint. I applied two coats of red gloss paint to the table (seen hear on the table top) and added some dark stain over top the paint to give it a richer, aged look. Finally, I finished it off with a coat of poly (gloss) to protect it. : )
