This is during the process of refurbishing the piece.  You can see I took all of the drawers out and removed the two lower doors to reveal the bottom two middle drawers (I wanted easier access for storage, and removing the two lower doors did this). Also, two openings on the top of the piece are visible here...the piece had, at one point in time, two slabs of marble that fit into each of those inserts, but when I found it, one was missing. So this presented a problem of somehow filling those two holes in the most cost effective way possible, while still keeping the piece as functionable as possible.
