I have always loved the glass front french doors you find on VERY expensive storage dining room cabinets, but could never afford them. I created one of my very own for a fraction of the cost by combining an old upper kitchen cabinet that I found in a garage sale (top half of my cabinet) AND an old dresser that I had gotten at a flea market that I was about to get rid of (Bottom of my cabinet). I Painted both out the same color (glossy black), added new hardware that I painted silver (silver and black look great against one another), and installed lighting on the inside of the glass shelves, using a lighting kit you can get from any home improvement store. NOW I have the look I LOVE and it is a great place for all my pretty wine glasses I want on display! : )
